Working in the international documentary sector since 2003, Ove Rishøj Jensen has an extensive network within the industry. In addition to producing and co-producing films, he gives lectures and runs workshops about scriptwriting, project development, international financing, co-production and distribution. Since 2011 Ove has worked for the Swedish production company Auto Images as producer and outreach manager. Alongside this, Ove launched in 2019 his own company for documentary training and consultancy entitled Paradiddle Pictures. He collaborates with partners like IDFA, Hot Docs, Mediterranean Film Institute, M:Brane, Nordisk Panorama and he runs the FIPADOC International Pitches. Phil has been editing documentary and fiction films for the last 20 years. Part of award-winning international productions like Town of Glory, People We Come Across, and Killing Time, his latest work can be seen in Devi and Yalla Parkour. He also works as a rough cut consultant and has been part of films like The Earth is Blue as an Orange, This Rain will Never Stop, Life of Ivana, and others. Working out of Sweden, his projects have originated in places as far afield as Finland, Kenya, France, Slovakia, and beyond. He travels the world as a tutor at events like Dokincubator and the Cinedoc Mentorship Program, helping filmmakers to develop their projects, and giving masterclasses on pitch pilot trailers, the craft of storytelling through scripting and editing, and the genius of sticky notes.

Thomas Ernst has been involved in fictional productions, documentaries, music videos, short films, and also in the animated series “Mr. Bean”. Feature documentaries like “When Pigs Come”, “Overdose”, “Stream Of Love” and “ULTRA” are on his long credit list. The film “Drifter” won the “First Appearance Award” at IDFA 2014. He was awarded the German Kamerapreis for Best Editing 2015 for his editing of the film “The Queen of Silence”. The feature documentary “The Pearl of Africa” can be found on NETFLIX. “Drifter” (2015) and “ULTRA” (2017) have both been selected for the European Film Academy award. He also works as a consultant and lecturer at international workshops as Verzio DocLab, EsoDoc, Rough Cut Boutique, Dok.Incubator, EDN, the Budapest Film Academy and the University for Theatre and Film Arts Budapest.

MILA TURAJLIC (RS)

Mila Turajlic is a documentary filmmaker born in Belgrade, former Yugoslavia. Mila’s debut documentary film Cinema Komunisto premiered at IDFA and the Tribeca Film Festival, went on to win 16 awards including the Gold Hugo at the Chicago Int’l Film Festival in 2011, and the FOCAL Award for Creative Use of Archival Footage. Her most recent film The Other Side of Everything premiered at the Toronto IFF in 2017 and went on to win 20 awards including the prestigious IDFA Award for Best Documentary Film. The film had a record-breaking theatrical release in Serbia. Her latest work is a series of archive-based video installations commissioned by MoMA in New York for their landmark exhibition on Yugoslav modernist architecture that opened in July 2018.

Friedrich Moser holds a university degree (MA) in History and German Studies from the University of Salzburg, Austria. From 1998-2000 he worked as a TV journalist in Bolzano/Bozen, Italy. In 2001 he founded blue+green communication. He has been writing, directing, shooting and producing documentaries since 1999, with an output of over 20 films, most famous are A Good American and The Brussels Business. Friedrich’s professional career also includes lecturing on history and documentaries at the University of Vienna.

Brian Hill is one of the most noteworthy documentary directors from the UK, with a track record of inventive documentary films. One of the very strengths of Hill's work is his confident fusion of televisual with cinematic aesthetics, breaking the boundaries of fly-on-the-wall conventions and mixing them with stylised staged situations. The director's most celebrated creative partnership has been with Yorkshire poet Simon Armitage including films like Drinking for England, Feltham Sings and The Not Dead. Jesper Osmund edited his first feature film in 1991 after years of working as an assistant editor. He then continued editing several feature films, short films, miniseries, commercials until the mid 90ies, where he started to focus more upon documentaries. As of 1996, producer, programme manager and commissioning editor in the Documentary-programme unit at ARTE G.E.I.E. in Strasbourg (France). Member of the jury of different European festivals.

STEFAN KLOOS (Germany)

After six years at leading youth and music TV producer MME, an Adolf Grimme TV-Award for ARD-series POP 2000 and a 2-year-interval in multimedia, he founded Kloos & Co. Medien in 2002 and has since produced numerous award-winning creative documentaries with international TV broadcasters and for the cinema. Kloos is a member of EDN and AG DOK and an alumni of the Documentary Campus Masterschool. He is one of the most active and experienced German producers on the international market and festival circuit and regularly lectures on documentary film and distribution.

Working in the international documentary sector since 2003, Ove Rishøj Jensen has an extensive network within the industry. In addition to producing and co-producing films, he gives lectures and run workshops about script writing, project development, international financing, co-production, impact, outreach and distribution. Since 2011 Ove has worked for the Swedish production company Auto Images as Producer and Outreach Manager. Alongside this, Ove launched in 2019 his own company for documentary training and consultancy, entitled Paradiddle Pictures. PHILIPPE VAN MEERBEECK (Belgium)

Passed with great distinction a degree in Social Communication at the Hoger Rijksinstituut voor Toneel & Cultuurspreiding (HRITCS) in Brussels. Started in 1980 as scientific collaborator for the award winning historical VRT-series ‘De Nieuwe Orde’ (The New Order) and ‘De Kollaboratie’ (The Collaborators) by Maurice De Wilde. Co-wrote & edited the critically acclaimed series ‘De Tijd der Vergelding’ (Time of Reprisal) and ‘De Oostfronters’ (The Eastern Front); wrote & edited the series ‘In Ballingschap’ (In Exile) and ‘Na September ’44 (After September 44). From 1990 until 2000, Philippe made more than 50 feature documentary programs on history for the VRT-series ‘Boulevard’ and ‘Histories’, a number of which were nominated & won awards (Prix Stendhal, Prix URTI).
